Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refunds for Full Weekend, Day, and Single Workshop Passes can be accommodated if requested on or before May 1, 2026. Refunds for cancelation of "Cool Under Fire" passes can be accommodated if made 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop. Thank you for understanding that we cannot refund fees deducted by third-party credit card processors. Please email the name on the order and order number to info@durangoaikido.com to request a cancellation and refund. Requests made after the dates or timeframes noted above may be assessed a $25 late cancellation fee.
